WELCOME TO THE CSUDH UNIVERSITY HOUSING PORTAL

This is the Home page of the University Housing StarRez Portal.

Please click the "Log In" tab above to sign in by entering your CSUDH Username and password in order to gain access to the Housing Portal.

We are still accepting applications for Spring 2023 even though the November 30, 2022 priority deadline has passed.

NEW CSUDH ADMITS: You MUST have confirmed your intent to enroll before you can apply for Housing. Please make sure to set up and activate your My.CSUDH.edu and Toromail accounts, if you haven't already done so. If you have any issues logging into your student account or setting up your Toromail, please contact the Campus IT Help Desk at (310) 243-2500. Once you've submitted your Intent to Enroll, please allow 24-48 hours for our records to be updated before submitting your application.

Before you apply, please go through the Application Checklist posted on our web site.

CSUDH STUDENTS: Any currently enrolled FULL-TIME student interested in living on campus may apply for Housing through the Portal.

CURRENT HOUSING RESIDENTS: You may use the Portal to re-apply for Housing, submit a Maintenance Request, submit a Room Change Request, complete your Apartment/Room Inventory, and Roommate/Living Agreements.

NOTE: Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there is a possibility that Housing plans for the term you apply for could change by the start of that term. Please continue to check our web page and your Toromail for the latest information and updates.

All students living on campus are REQUIRED to complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Self-Certification form on their My.CSUDH.edu portal. This self-certification provides the campus with critical information needed to maintain a safe campus environment. Housing applicants who fail to complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Self-Certification form will NOT be assigned to a space in Housing.
